应用免疫磁珠法分离脐血CD细胞,以比较CD细胞亚群及各系相关抗原的变化。经过分离,CD细胞由1.47±0.77%升至57.39±16.17%,分离后CDCD细胞占CD细胞的比率为7.82±4.79%CD。细胞纯化同时可减少CD细胞达14.12±9.18倍,CD细胞减少16.42±21.47倍;B系(CD(19))、巨核系(CD(41))、NK系(CD(56))各抗原表达率在CD细胞分离后均明显降低。结论:CD细胞纯化可明显减少CD细胞,应用纯化的CD细胞进行移植应加强支持治疗。
Immunomagnetic beads method was used to isolate cord blood CD cells in order to compare the changes of CD cell subsets and related antigens. After isolation, CD cells increased from 1.47 ± 0.77% to 57.39 ± 16.17%, and the ratio of CDCD cells to CD cells after isolation was 7.82 ± 4.79% CD. Purification of cells also reduced the number of CD cells by 14.12 ± 9.18 folds and CD cells by 16.42 ± 21.47 folds. CD (19), CD (41), NK ( CD (56)) expression of each antigen were significantly reduced after CD cells were isolated. Conclusion: Purification of CD cells can significantly reduce the number of CD cells. The use of purified CD cells for transplantation should be strengthened to support the treatment.
