本文主要研究了一种通过修正部件特性使航空发动机仿真模型与参考数据相匹配的方法,旨在提供一种通用的基于参考数据的部件特性修正技术,以达到减小建模误差,提高模型精度的目的。在对发动机模型分析的基础上,选取调整参数,利用参考数据和优化算法调整部件特性,使得仿真模型在非设计点的仿真输出与参考数据满足匹配精度。仿真结果表明,采用基于数据的发动机匹配技术,还原了发动机稳态部件特性,提高了模型仿真精度,同时可以实现非直接测量参数仿真。
In this paper, we mainly study a method to match the simulation model of aeroengine with the reference data by modifying the characteristics of components. The purpose of this paper is to provide a common correction method of component characteristics based on reference data to reduce the modeling error and improve the model accuracy the goal of. Based on the analysis of the engine model, the adjustment parameters are selected, and the characteristics of the components are adjusted by using the reference data and the optimization algorithm so that the simulation output of the simulation model at the non-design point meets the reference data to meet the matching accuracy. The simulation results show that the data-based engine matching technology can restrain the steady-state component characteristics of the engine and improve the simulation accuracy of the model, meanwhile, the simulation of the indirect measurement parameters can be realized.
