本文采用傅里叶变换红外光谱方法(FTIR)对中药材滇丹参和丹参及中成药复方丹参片进行了对比研究,比较了它们的红外光谱的异同。研究表明,滇丹参和丹参的红外光谱的部分吸收峰各峰之间构成相互对应关系,表明滇丹参与丹参所含的主要化学成分相似;滇丹参与丹参的红外光谱在1263、1062、668~541cm-1三处峰形存在明显的区别,表明滇丹参与丹参所含的化学成分还存在一定的差异,由此峰形的差异可快速、准确地对滇丹参和丹参加以鉴别和区分。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱还可比较不同厂家生产的复方丹参片中丹参的有效成分的相对含量。
In this paper, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) on the Chinese herbal medicines Salvia and Salvia Salvia and proprietary Chinese medicine Danshen films were compared, the similarities and differences between their infrared spectra. The results showed that the peaks of some absorption peaks of Danshen and Salvia miltiorrhiza were corresponded with each other, which indicated that the main chemical constituents of Yunnan Danshen involved Salvia miltiorrhiza were similar. The infrared spectra of Diansen and Danshen were 1263, 1062 and 668 cm -1 There are obvious differences between the three peak shape, indicating that Yunnan Dan participate in the chemical composition of Salvia There are still some differences, which can be quickly and accurately peak difference between Yunnan Danshen and Salvia to identify and distinguish. The use of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy can also compare the relative content of active ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza in different manufacturers.
