Gas heat pump due to the heating has good performance, but its cooling performance is due to not solve the problem of engine cooling worse than the electric heat pump. Aiming at this problem, a new hybrid heat pump technology is proposed and a mathematical model is established to study its performance. The simulation shows that the hybrid power heat pump with gas and electric power has greater potential for energy saving during the year.
