本文首先在回顾和分析业务流程再造(BPR)、六西格玛(6Σ)、精益制造(LM)、软件行业的能力成熟度模型(CMM)等四种管理变革方法的思想和局限性的基础上,指出了它们的流程主导共性;然后根据这种流程主导性剖析了这些方法在功能上的协同关系与协同方式;随后将它们之间的协同扩展到各种管理业务中,认为可利用这一特性来系统解决企业在发展过程中遇到的不同问题;最后指出了流程主导性协同管理对于应对管理实践中的三大挑战的启示意义。
Based on the review and analysis of the ideas and limitations of four management change methods such as BPR, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and CMM, And their processes dominate the common; then according to the process of the dominant analysis of these methods in the functional synergies and synergies; and then extend the synergies between them to a variety of management business, that this feature can be used to The system solves the different problems encountered by enterprises in the process of development. Finally, it points out the significance of process-dominated collaborative management in response to the three major challenges in management practices.
