采用折叠棱镜腔电光调Q半导体泵浦板条Nd∶YAG激光器作为泵浦源,内腔泵浦Ⅱ类非临界相位匹配KTP光参量振荡器实现1.57μm人眼安全激光输出,经测试,在-30~55℃宽工作温度条件下,激光器工作频率20Hz时,单脉冲能量58.2mJ,脉冲宽度7.56ns,光束发散角约为2mrad,连续工作1 min,能量稳定性(PTP)优于6.438%,光轴指向稳定性优于0.1mrad,具备较强环境适应性,目前已实现工程化运用。
The folded prismatic cavity electro-optical Q-switched semi-conductor pump slab Nd: YAG laser was used as the pump source, and the inner cavity pump Ⅱ non-critical phase matching KTP optical parametric oscillator was used to realize 1.57μm human eye safe laser output. The energy stability (PTP) is better than 6.438% when the laser operating frequency is 20Hz and the pulse energy is 58.2mJ, the pulse width is 7.56ns and the beam divergence is about 2mrad at 30 ~ 55 ℃, Optical axis stability is better than 0.1mrad point, with strong environmental adaptability, has now achieved engineering applications.
