目的 探究与观察检测rasP21蛋白表达对鼻咽癌诊断的临床意义.方法 选取本院收治的60例患者,将其作为临床研究对象,采用单克隆免疫检测法对60例鼻咽癌患者进行rasP21蛋白表达进行检测.结果 rasP21蛋白表达量与鼻咽癌患者的恶化程度呈正比的关系,鼻咽癌患者rasP21蛋白的阳性表达率为80%,正常人鼻咽膜rasP21蛋白表达阳性率为48%,两者差距达32%,P ＜ 0.05,表明不同临床分期患者rasP21表达差异有统计学意义,不同病理分期,随着恶化程度的增加,rasP21表达量上升.结论 检测r
