一、在平行班中开展的小组互助教学到现在的全年级的分层走班制。2008年我们学校开始学习和推广小组互助教学法。学习小组采取的是兵教兵的方式,每个小组之间还展开竞争,采取小组计分的方法。分组,互动,合作,竞争的教学方法是有很多好的方面,但也有一定的局限性。比如说好学生可以把自己懂得的知识教会小组的成员,但是自己的知识却得不到更高的提升,老师讲的少,想听老师讲的学生从老师那里吸收的知识
