斯匹仁诺(伊曲康唑Itraconazole)是一种三氮唑类衍生物,为口服、广谱、安全的抗真菌药,对真菌细胞色素P-450影响力强,对人体影响小,对大多数深部真菌及表浅真菌均具有较强的抗菌活性,其中对念珠菌(包括白色念珠菌,光滑念珠菌,克柔念珠菌)等尤为突出。 1 临床资料与方法 1.1 资料 28例均为男性患者,年龄19～47岁,病程15天～1月,其中3例患者因淋病大量用抗生素治疗达2月后发病。体检:尿道口及周围轻度充血15例,少许分泌物5例。28例真菌直接镜检全部发现菌丝,培养结果为白色念珠菌22例,热带念珠菌4例,近平滑念珠菌2例。 1.2 方法 口服斯匹仁诺胶囊(西安杨森制药公司,批号:970312070),200mg每日2次,中餐和晚餐服用,共服3天,停药后14天判断结果,治疗期间停用其他抗真菌类药。
