用热型连铸法终形制造直径 1.5 mm的CuAlNi合金丝。当铸型温度设定为 1110℃时,可以拉铸出表面光洁、具有定向凝固组织的合金丝。拉铸速度 50 mm/min时,晶粒数较少,晶界平直;拉铸速度 80 mm/min时,晶粒数较多,晶界较曲折。试样经 1000℃固溶处理后的一次抗拉强度达 502 MPa,伸长率 14. 4%;热型连铸法制取铜基形状记忆合金,既可免除塑性加工的困难,又可获得定向凝固组织,提高合金性能,具有巨大的优越性。
A 1.5 mm diameter CuAlNi alloy wire was fabricated by hot continuous casting. When the mold temperature is set to 1110 ℃, you can cast a smooth surface, with directional solidification of the alloy wire. When the casting speed is 50 mm / min, the number of grains is small and the grain boundaries are straight. When the casting speed is 80 mm / min, the number of grains is large and the grain boundaries are more tortuous. After 1000 ℃ solution treatment, the primary tensile strength reaches 502 MPa and elongation 14. 4%; hot continuous casting method of copper-based shape memory alloy, plastic processing can be exempted from the difficulties, but also to obtain directional solidification structure, improve the performance of the alloy, with great advantages.
