通过实验研究、数理统计、比较分析等方法,对重复训练法在短距离跑训练中不同专项、距离、季节与重复次数指标相关性进行实验研究。结果表明:不同专项、距离、季节气候与重复次数指标皆有相关性,其相关性存在一定的变化规律,即不同专项状况下的重复次数具有以400m为专项皆多于以100m为专项;不同距离状况下的重复次数随距离的加长而明显减少;不同季节气候状况下的重复次数多少总是从冬季→夏季→春季→秋季。因此,教练员在短距离跑训练中运用重复训练时,应充分考虑相关性变化规律,科学制订重复次数指标,使重复训练产生最佳训练效应。
Through experimental research, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and other methods, the relativity of repetitive training methods in short distance running training with different specialties, distances, seasons and repetition times was experimentally studied. The results show that there are correlations among different specialties, distances, seasonal climate and repetition number indexes, and the correlations of them have some changes. That is to say, the number of repetitions under different special conditions has 400m as the special item and 100m as the special item; The number of repetitions under distance condition decreases obviously with the distance increasing. The number of repetitions in different seasons is always from winter to summer to spring to autumn. Therefore, when trainers use repetitive training in short-distance running training, they should give full consideration to the variation of correlation and formulate the index of repetition scientifically to make the best training effect of repetitive training.
