介绍了太钢450 m2烧结机在高比例精矿配比条件下,为进一步提高产量所开发的综合操作技术。该技术包括:制粒参数优化控制、水碳风最优匹配及低燃耗烧结过程控制、以及烧结物流高效通畅治理等几个方面。自2008年6月在450 m2烧结机上实施以来,在优化原料结构,使用更多低成本原料的同时,确保了烧结矿品质的持续稳定,实现了烧结过程优质、高产、低耗的目标,为高炉生产降本增效创造了条件。
This paper introduces the comprehensive operation technology developed by Taigang 450 m2 sintering machine to further increase the output under the condition of high proportion of concentrate. The technology includes: optimal control of the granulation parameters, the optimal match of water carbon carbon and low burnup sintering process control, as well as efficient and smooth flow of sintered logistics management and several other aspects. Since its implementation on a 450 m2 sintering machine in June 2008, it has been designed to optimize the material structure and use more low-cost raw materials while ensuring the continuous stability of sinter quality and achieving high-quality, high-productivity and low-cost sintering.
