本文首先梳理了2002-2014年我国互联网舆情变化脉络,并在此基础上,对大数据时代网络舆情的新特点、新变化及网络舆情监测、研判与管理进行了研究和分析。
Based on this, this paper studies the new characteristics and new changes of internet public opinion in the era of big data, as well as the monitoring, judging and management of internet public opinion in 2002-2014.
