摘要本文提出了具有等加速度段的谐波函数供油凸轮的计算准则.采用本方法能够迅速、方便地计算出具有等加速度段的供油凸轮型线;能够有效地控制工作段的加速度波动,改善凸轮机构的动力特性,减小接触应力.通过对常见速度特性的分析,本文建立了供油凸轮的广义速度特性曲线以及相应的控制边界条件,并编制了谐波函数供油凸轮的通用计算程序.本方法同样适用于其它凸轮机构的型线计算.
Abstract In this paper, the calculation criterion of the oil supply cam with harmonic function with equal acceleration section is put forward.Using this method, the oil supply cam profile with equal acceleration section can be calculated quickly and easily, the acceleration fluctuation of the working section can be controlled effectively, Improve the dynamic characteristics of the cam mechanism and reduce the contact stress.Through the analysis of the common speed characteristics, this paper established the generalized speed characteristics curve of the fuel supply cam and the corresponding control boundary conditions, and compiled the general calculation of the harmonic function of the fuel supply cam This method is also applicable to the profile calculation of other cam mechanisms.
