随着我国经济社会的不断纵深发展,使得电力企业在社会发展中的重要性更加显现,这对电力企业的人才素质提出了更高的要求,而这又进一步促进了电力企业人才测评体系建设的发展进步。从电力企业对人才素质的多方面需求进行评述,综合分析了电力企业现有人才测评系统存在的主要问题及电力企业人才测评系统的建构机制。
