在带钢热连轧过程中,工作辊热辊形的准确在线预报对板形控制具有重要意义。采用二维交替方向有限差分法建立了计算工作辊温度场和热凸度的模型。通过理论和试验证明,此模型的优点是具有绝对稳定性和满足在线实时控制要求的计算快速性,适用于对工作辊温度场的在线预报,具有很高的实际应用价值。
In the process of strip hot strip rolling, accurate on-line forecast of work roll hot roll shape is of great importance to strip shape control. A two-dimensional alternating direction finite difference method was used to establish a model for calculating the temperature field and the thermal crown of the work roll. The theoretical and experimental results show that the model has the advantages of absolute stability and computational fastness to meet the requirements of on-line real-time control. It is suitable for on-line forecasting of work roll temperature field and has high practical value.
