目的:观察雌三醇乳膏联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗绝经后妇女萎缩性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:选取为院妇科门诊78例萎缩性阴道炎患者,分为治疗组和对照组各39例,治疗组采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊0.5g/d,雌三醇乳膏0.5g/d,阴道给药,连续7天。对照组仅给予乳酸菌阴道胶囊0.5g/d治疗,7天一疗程,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结论:总有效率治疗组为97.4%,对照组为74.4%,两组结果有显著性差异,雌三醇乳膏治疗萎缩性阴道炎疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of estriol cream combined with lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis in postmenopausal women.
