我们曾经报道用双波长薄层扫描法分离和测定中药白芷中所含异欧前胡素、欧前胡素、氧化前胡素三种主要香豆素类化学成分,取得比较满意的结果,现在又应用正相高效液相色谱法对本类成分的分离和含量测定进行了方法上的探索,也获得比较好的效果。 We have reported using the dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning method to separate and determine the three main coumarin chemical components contained in the Chinese traditional medicine Radix Paeoniae Alba, which were used to obtain satisfactory results. The normal phase high performance liquid chromatography was used to explore the methods for the separation and determination of this kind of components, and good results were obtained.
