我院传染科于1977～1982年采用复方甘草汤治疗急性感染性多发性神经炎53例(下称治疗组),取得较为满意的效果。现总结分析如下: 全部病例皆为住院病人。入院后均佐以西药的神经营养剂(B族维生素、VC、ATP、辅酶A、细胞色素丙等)及控制感染的药物(青霉素、氯霉素等)。治疗组(53例)予以复方甘草汤,而对照组(同期同型病例53例)予以清热解毒汤及/或激素等措施。 Department of Infectious Diseases in our hospital in 1977 to 1982 using compound Gancao Tang treatment of acute infectious polyneuritis in 53 cases (hereinafter referred to as the treatment group), and achieved more satisfactory results.
