针对现代组织所面临的是由不断增长的复杂性、竞争性和动态性所带来的高度不确定性环境特征,研究组织结构设计问题.建立了组织决策过程的一般数学模型,从决策和信息交流角度定义组织结构及其价值.采用定性与定量相结合的方法,推导出组织结构价值的定量表达式,据此分析组织结构对组织决策的影响,得到了一些对组织结构设计有意义的结论.研究表明,在不确定性环境中,决策单元之间更多的信息交流可以使组织作出更佳的决策,通信通道灵活和开放的网络组织对于通信通道固定和受限制的层次组织具有优越性.
In response to the highly uncertain environmental characteristics brought by the ever-increasing complexity, competitiveness and dynamic, modern organizations are faced with the issue of organizational structure design. The general mathematical model of the organization decision-making process is established, and the organizational structure and its value are defined from the perspective of decision-making and information exchange. Using qualitative and quantitative methods, the quantitative expression of the value of organizational structure is deduced. Based on this, the influence of organizational structure on organizational decision-making is analyzed, and some meaningful conclusions about organizational structure design are obtained. The research shows that in uncertain environment, more information exchange between decision-making units can make the organization make better decision-making. The network organization with flexible and open communication channels is superior to the fixed and restricted hierarchical structure of communication channels.
