分析了 78例各型白血病细胞膜免疫表型的特点 ,结合患者的预后 ,希望能发现一些对临床治疗和预后有价值的信息。用间接免疫荧光抗体法标记检测患者骨髓外周血单个核细胞 ,成人和儿童急性髓系白血病的抗原表达机会依次为CD33>CD13>CD11b ,但成人抗原的阳性率低于儿童相应抗原的阳性率 ;在T淋巴细胞性白血病中 ,儿童CD7抗原的表达高于成人 ;在B淋巴性白血病中 ,成人和儿童CD10抗原表达的机会均等 ;同时还发现有部分伴CD7阳性或单独CD7阳性患者的预后较差。本文结果提示成人髓系白血病抗原表达与儿童有很大的不同 ,这可能与抗原在发生或分化的过程中部分的丢失或表达受抑制有关。
The characteristics of the cell membrane immunophenotypes in 78 leukemia patients were analyzed.
