工程企业在实施“走出去”战略过程中,影响薪酬管理因素十分复杂,如何针对中东等国家影响因素,在薪酬管理策略上进行把握,以提高薪酬激励效果至关重要。本文重点从中东环境、人员结构、项目特点等方面定性分析了影响薪酬管理的基本因素,结合薪酬发展理论对项目薪酬管理的启示,从薪酬水平、薪酬结构和薪酬支付等薪酬管理三个侧重点,提出了工程企业中东项目薪酬管理的策略建议,为我国工程企业海外项目的运作提供一定借鉴。
In the process of implementing the strategy of “going global”, engineering enterprises have a very complicated impact on the management of compensation. It is of vital importance to grasp the impact of the factors in the Middle East and other countries on the management of the compensation so as to enhance the incentive effect of the compensation. This paper focuses on the qualitative analysis of the basic factors affecting salary management from the Middle East environment, personnel structure, project characteristics and other aspects, combined with the revelation of the salary development theory on the project pay management, from three aspects of the salary level, pay structure and payroll pay management , Put forward the strategy suggestion of project management in Middle East of project enterprise, and provided some reference for the operation of overseas project of engineering enterprise in our country.
