英语课程教学改革对双师型、应用型人才的师资队伍建设提出了迫切要求,在此基础上,推动实行校企合作机制。目前,我国高等教育校企合作还存在不少问题,有外部环境的问题,也有合作过程中的问题,这需要校企双方共同解决。为了保证高等教育校企合作深入、健康地发展,我们应该借鉴国外的成功经验,建立一系列保障机制,探索校企双赢的具体措施。 The reform of English curriculum teaching has put forward urgent requirements on the construction of double-qualified teachers and applied-qualified teachers. On this basis, we should promote the implementation of the mechanism of cooperation between schools and enterprises. At present, there are still many problems in the cooperation between schools and enterprises in higher education in our country. There are problems in the external environment as well as problems in the process of cooperation. This requires that both schools and enterprises jointly solve the problems. In order to ensure the deepening and healthy development of school-enterprise cooperation in higher education, we should learn from the successful experience of other countries and set up a series of safeguard mechanisms to explore concrete measures for a win-win situation for school-enterprise cooperation.
