According to the Medical Express, cognitive neuroscientists at Michigan State University found that exercising, especially aerobic exercise, can improve people’s long-term memory, in other words, people who do not exercise often may not remember much it is good. Researchers called 75 college students to participate in a two-day trial. The first day, volunteers were asked to remember words like “camping”, “tracking” and so on. The next day, the researchers examined their return to these words
