科技在发展,超声波检测技术用来检测压力容器所存在的缺陷有着操作简便、成本低廉等优点。本文就选择超声波检测压力容器中存在缺陷的依据、利用超声波检测技术对压力容器进行缺陷检测和在实际超声波检测当中应该注意的因素等方面进行适当的论述。其中利用超声波检测技术对压力容器进行缺陷检测包括了超声波检测技术检测缺陷的类型判断和对超声波检测过程中伪缺陷的识别;在实际超声波检测当中应该注意的因素包括环境因素、超声波检测技术的选择、超声波检测所检材料和超声波检测过程中工作人员的操作等因素的影响。
The development of science and technology, ultrasonic testing technology used to detect the existence of defects in the pressure vessel has the advantages of easy operation, low cost and so on. In this paper, the choice of ultrasound based on the existence of defects in pressure vessels based on the use of ultrasonic testing technology to detect defects in pressure vessels and ultrasonic testing should pay attention to the factors that should be properly discussed.
