[目的]测定阿维菌素对异色瓢虫不同发育阶段影响,明确对天敌异色瓢虫的毒力,为其安全性评价及科学使用提供依据。[结果]阿维菌素对异色瓢虫不同虫态均有毒杀作用,但敏感性有差异,对幼虫具有明显的抑制作用,阻碍蛹到成虫的变态,影响成虫的存活,对成虫毒性最低,处理24 h后的LC50值为14.69 mg/L。[结论]阿维菌素对异色瓢虫具有活性,在田间使用该杀虫剂时,要避开异色瓢虫敏感期。
[Objective] The research aimed to determine the influence of abamectin on different developmental stages of Harmonia axyridis and clarify the virulence of its natural enemies, Harmonia axyridis, to provide a basis for its safety evaluation and scientific use. [Result] Abamectin had a toxic effect on different insect states of Harmonia axyridis, but its sensitivity was different. It had a significant inhibitory effect on larvae, hindering metamorphosis of pupae to adults, affecting the survival of adults and the lowest toxicity to adult worms , LC50 value after 24 h treatment was 14.69 mg / L. [Conclusion] Abamectin was active against Harmonia axyridis. During the field use of this insecticide, we should avoid the sensitive period of Harmonia axyridis.
