通过对不同结构参数下曲轴齿轮过盈联接状态的数值模拟,考察了曲轴齿轮装配预应力的分布状态,重点分析了结构参数对曲轴齿轮装配过盈量的影响机理。研究结果表明齿轮内径和曲轴内径对过盈量的影响较为显著。研究结果可为后续柴油机曲轴、正时齿轮设计提供依据,同时也可以为机械行业过盈联接设计提供参考。
Through the numerical simulation of the crankshaft gear interference connection under different structural parameters, the distribution of crankshaft gear assembly prestressing force was investigated. The influence mechanism of structure parameters on crankshaft gear assembly interference was analyzed. The results show that the influence of gear inner diameter and crankshaft inner diameter on the interference is significant. The research results can provide the basis for the following diesel engine crankshaft and timing gear design, as well as reference for the design of interference coupling in the machinery industry.
