为了研究不同投喂间隔[间隔1 d投喂1次(F0.5组)、1次/d(F1组)、2次/d(F2组)、3次/d(F3组)],在水温30.5~32.5℃条件下对黄河鲤鱼幼鱼生长、血清生化指标和抗病力的影响,试验共分为4组,每组设3个平行,每个平行25尾鱼,养殖试验共进行4周。用嗜水气单胞菌进行攻毒,计算8 d的成活率。结果表明:F2组试验鱼的饲料系数最低(P<0.05),而特定生长率、摄食率、蛋白质效率、蛋白质保留率显著高于F0.5组和F1组(P<0.05)。随着投喂频率的增加,全鱼水分含量逐渐降低,全鱼粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量,血清中血糖、胆固醇、三酰甘油、丙二醛含量和谷丙转氨酶活性呈上升趋势。F1组试验鱼的血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于F3组(P<0.05)。投喂频率对攻毒后各组黄河鲤鱼成活率未产生显著影响(P>0.05)。说明高温下黄河鲤鱼幼鱼的适宜投喂频率为2次/d。

The frequency of feeding had no significant effect on survival rate of carp in each group after challenge (P> 0.05). The results showed that the suitable feeding frequency of juvenile yellow carp was 2 times per day at high temperature.
