车用催化转化器的起燃特性对满足日益严格的排放法规是至关重要的。对起燃特性评价试验中常用的起燃温度法和不常用的起燃时间法进行了对比分析,认为在催化器与发动机或整车的匹配优化中应更注重使用后者。以十五工况测试时排气温度变化为模拟目标,提出了一种在发动机台架上对催化器起燃时间特性进行评价的方法,并与起燃温度特性试验结果进行了对比,证明了这种模拟试验方法是合理可行的。
The lighting characteristics of automotive catalytic converters are critical to meeting the increasingly stringent emission regulations. The comparative analysis of the light-off temperature method and the light-off time method which are not commonly used in the light-off characteristics evaluation test is considered, and the latter should be paid more attention to in the matching optimization of the catalyst and the engine or the whole vehicle. Taking the change of exhaust gas temperature as the simulation target in the fifteen working condition, a method of evaluating the catalyst ignition time characteristics on the engine bench was proposed and compared with the experimental results of the light-off temperature characteristics. It was proved that This simulation test method is reasonable and feasible.
