红花酢浆草(oxalis rubra st.hil.)属酢浆草科、酢浆草属植物,别名三叶草,原产南美巴西。笔者通过三年来对红花酢浆草的生态习性、繁殖方式、栽培管理及应用技术的观察研究,认为该品种四季常青,三季开花,管理粗放,繁殖速度快,生长整齐,群体效果好,是城市绿化中难得的优良地被花卉品种,值得大力推广。 随着城市建设的飞速发展,红花酢浆草作为优良的地被植物逐步引起人们的重视。特别是近几年全国各地大量推广进口冷季型草,管理费用高,工作繁重,使人们对管理粗放、观赏效果好的红花酢浆草更加喜爱。红花酢浆草不仅是难得的地被花卉植物,而且可以盆栽置于阳台或窗前,还可以组成各种模纹图案或作花境,效果极好。 生态习性 红花酢浆草为多年生草本花卉,其地下部根茎上分生数个大小不等的小球,分生小球的数量因栽培条件而异,若肥水充足,一个小球栽下后半年内可分生20-30个子球。红花酢浆草繁殖能力强。花粉红色,玫红芯,花瓣5枚平瓣杯状,小叶三枚有缺刻。花期 Oxalis rubra st.hil.
