694.3毫微米红宝石激光对动物视网膜损伤阈值的实验研究

一、实验条件照射光源:HJY-3型红宝石激光眼科治疗机,脉冲宽度0.7ms、发散度3mrad,输出能量≤2.5J,多模,光稳定度误差<3%.实验光路(见图):红宝石激光经(?)5mm限孔光阑射入改装后的裂隙灯系统,光束发散度为4.09mrad:再经装有浓度不同的硫酸铜溶液衰减杯,照射固定于五维调节架上的兔眼.用弱氩激光做同光路模拟照射,进行光路调整及确定照射部位.实时监测:对照射光束的稳定性经分束镜用R_j7200型能量计进行监测.入射兔眼的激光能量用另一台R_j7200型能量计进行测定.测量误差<±2%.实验时室温为17~22℃,相对湿度为75~80%.
