为了应对世界铁矿石市场的频繁变化,钢厂不得不及时调整烧结配矿的新常态,急需开发和应用先进的铁矿石烧结性能评价方法。本文详细介绍了国外中试尺度和实验室规模的铁矿石评价方法,包括烧结锅试验结果和烧结工业生产指标的对应关系、粗矿粉和细矿粉的同化性能的测定、烧结升温和降温过程中不同类型铁酸钙生成量的测定、利用相图推测不同混合料成分与氧分压下的液相数量与成分等。
