用固体氧化物电解质装置对金属溶液进行电解脱氧

用自组装的氧化物 Zr O2 (Mg O)固体电解质电解脱氧装置 ,研究了 142 3~ 1873K范围内铜液和钢液的脱氧反应 ,并对其脱氧反应机制进行了讨论。结果表明 :氧含量为 0 .45 %的铜液 ,经本装置脱氧 70 m in后 ,氧含量可降到 0 .0 3% ,脱氧率达 90 % ;氧含量为 0 .0 0 18%的钢液 ,经本装置脱氧 2 0 min后 ,氧含量可降到 0 .0 0 0 2 % ,脱氧率大于 90 %。这充分证明了该固体氧化物电解质电解脱氧装置的可用性。 The deoxygenation reaction of copper liquid and molten steel in the range of 142 3 ~ 1873 K was studied by using the self-assembled Zr O 2 (Mg O) solid electrolyte electrolytic deoxidation device. The deoxidation reaction mechanism was also discussed. The results show that the oxygen content can be decreased to 0.030% and the deoxidation rate can reach 90% when the oxygen content is 0.45% after 70 min in deoxygenation. The oxygen content is 0.018% After the liquid steel is deoxidized for 20 min by this device, the oxygen content can be reduced to 0.0000% and the deoxidation rate is more than 90%. This fully demonstrates the availability of the solid oxide electrolyte electrolytic deoxygenation device.
