文章运用文献资料研究法、数理统计法等研究方法,通过实验对照,采用心理暗示的方法对中学生中长跑进行教学。在教学过程中,从中学生中长跑的情绪稳定性、参与主动性、练习积极性等方面进行对照分析,结果表明:心理暗示对中学中长跑提高具有重要作用。
The article uses literature research method, mathematical statistics and other research methods, through experimental comparison, using psychological suggestion method to middle and long distance middle school students teaching. In the process of teaching, the author analyzes the emotional stability, participation initiative and practice enthusiasm of middle and long distance middle school students. The results show that psychological suggestion plays an important role in improving middle and long distance running of middle school.
