目的 :研究抗核抗体谱(antinuclear antibody spectrum,ANAs)检测在系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)诊断中的应用价值。方法:采用线性免疫分析法检测58例SLE患者(SLE组)、53例其他自身免疫性疾病(疾病对照组)和60名健康体检者(正常对照组)血清样本中的ANAs共计8项抗体,比较分析3组间的8项抗体阳性检出率及在自身免疫病中单项抗体检测与多项抗体联合检测的阳性检出率。结果:SLE组ANAs 8项抗体中5项抗体的阳性检出率明显高于疾病对照组及正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而疾病对照组ANAs 8项抗体中6项抗体的阳性检出率虽略有高于正常对照组的趋势,但差异尚无统计学意义(P>0.05)。SLE组单项抗体检测与多项抗体联合检测的阳性检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而疾病对照组中单项抗体检测与多项抗体联合检测的阳性检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ANAs的8项抗体检测有助于自身免疫性疾病的诊断、病情判断和治疗,多项抗体联合检测为SLE的筛查、分类等方面提供了重要的实验室依据,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective: To study the value of antinuclear antibody spectrum (ANAs) detection in the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods: ANAs in 58 SLE patients (SLE group), 53 patients with other autoimmune diseases (disease control group) and 60 healthy controls (normal control group) were assayed by linear immunoassay for a total of 8 antibodies, The positive detection rate of 8 antibodies among the three groups and the positive detection rate of single antibody detection and multiple antibody detection in autoimmune diseases were compared and analyzed. Conclusion: The detection of eight antibodies in ANAs contributes to the diagnosis, judgment and treatment of autoimmune diseases. The combined detection of multiple antibodies provides an important laboratory basis for the screening and classification of SLE, and has certain clinical application value.
