优化了M2高速钢钻头的热处理工艺参数。结果表明,最佳热处理工艺为1184℃淬火+370℃回火1次+560℃回火2次,此时的显微组织评级为晶粒度10级,回火程度1级,过热程度1级。应用该工艺制造的钻头平均钻削深度为3.04 m,标准差为1.77,变异系数为0.58,评为一等品。
Optimized the M2 high speed steel drill bit heat treatment process parameters. The results showed that the best heat treatment process was 1184 ℃ quenching + 1 time tempering at 370 ℃ and 2 times tempering at 560 ℃. The microstructure at this time was graded as 10 grade of grain, 1 grade of tempering, 1 grade of superheat . The average drilling depth of the drill bit produced by this process is 3.04 m, the standard deviation is 1.77 and the coefficient of variation is 0.58, which is rated as the first grade.
