鼠源性单克隆抗体由于可引起免疫反应而逐渐被人源化抗体所替代,人源化抗体为人类疾病的研究起到了重大的推动作用。抗体技术也从最初的嵌合抗体、改型抗体等逐步发展为今天的人抗体。本文就人源化抗体的构建、表达以及其在医学领域的应用做详细论述。
Murine monoclonal antibodies are gradually replaced by humanized antibodies due to their ability to cause an immune response and humanized antibodies play a significant role in the study of human diseases. Antibody technology also gradually evolves from the original chimeric antibodies, modified antibodies and the like to today’s human antibodies. This article discusses in detail the construction, expression and application of humanized antibody in the medical field.
