在工程应用中,一般借助斜削区过渡将蜂窝夹层结构与相邻的结构连接起来,本文总结了近年来国内外研究人员在蜂窝夹层结构试验及数值模拟研究方面的现状和已取得的一些重要成果,对蜂窝夹层结构在三点弯曲载荷形式下的破坏模式进行了试验和数值研究。通过三点弯曲试验研究分析了蜂窝夹层结构的失效模式,运用Abaqus软件建立有限元渐近失效模型,考虑胶层界面和复合材料面板的失效,并引入cohesive单元刚度退化模型,分析了胶层脱粘失效的过程。数值分析结果与试验结果比较吻合,表明胶层脱粘是蜂窝夹层结构斜削区在三点弯曲载荷作用下的主要失效模式。
In engineering applications, the honeycomb sandwich structure is usually connected with the adjacent structure by means of the bevelled zone transition.
