本文比较了不同提取工艺制备之复方穿心莲片中所含穿心莲内酯的量。结果表明醇提工艺制备的复方穿心莲片中穿心莲内酯含量最高,碱提酸沉法次之,水提醇沉工艺制备的含量最低。 This article compared the amount of andrographolide contained in the compound andrographolide tablets prepared by different extraction processes. The results showed that the content of andrographolide was the highest in the compound Chuanxinlian tablet prepared by the alcohol extraction process, followed by the alkali extraction and acid precipitation method, and the water extracting and alcohol precipitation process was the lowest.
