大型复杂系统的可靠性分析与综合评定一直是可靠性技术发展的重要研究方向之一。应用最新的可靠性分析理论、系统综合评定技术及采用混合语言编程 ,建立了基于 Windows 98以上版本的软件平台。平台系统由故障树分析、可靠性建模与自动评估、模型确认、单元评估、系统综合与评估、数据库及其管理系统共 6个模块组成。对航天员系统装船产品的可靠性分析和系统综合评估应用表明 ,该系统可靠、实用 ,操作简单 ,维护方便 ,大大提高了评估效率和精度。该平台软件具有通用性 ,可望在更多领域推广使用。
The reliability analysis and comprehensive evaluation of large and complex systems have always been one of the important research directions for the development of reliability technology. Applying the latest reliability analysis theory, system comprehensive evaluation technology and mixed language programming, a software platform based on Windows 98 and above is established. Platform system consists of fault tree analysis, reliability modeling and automatic evaluation, model validation, unit evaluation, system integration and evaluation, database and management system composed of a total of 6 modules. The reliability analysis and system comprehensive evaluation of astronaut system shipping products show that the system is reliable, practical, easy to operate and easy to maintain, which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of evaluation. The platform software has versatility and is expected to be used in more fields.
