农民工作为中国社会转型时期特殊的社会群体,为我国经济建设做出了突出贡献,但有些企业对其社会责任存在缺失,具体表现在工资报酬、劳动时间、劳动合同、社会保险、职业健康与环境安全、缺乏尊重及新生代农民工无法自我实现等方面存在一系列社会责任缺失。其原因为企业外部法律制度及保险制度设计不完善、不合理,地方政府存在保护主义,企业内部职业领域内道德缺失、错误的经营理念、对农民工缺乏认同、工会作用甚小、企业家社会责任缺失及农民工自身因素。解决的对策是加快经济发展、法制建设、责任制度建设,同时加大政府的调控力度、强化媒体的监督、提升农民工自身综合素质及企业管理层的道德自律。
Peasant workers have made outstanding contributions to the economic construction of our country during the period of social transformation in China. However, some enterprises lack their social responsibilities, which are reflected in the following aspects: wage remuneration, working hours, labor contracts, social insurance, occupational health and Environmental safety, lack of respect and the new generation of migrant workers can not be self-fulfilling and so there is a series of social responsibility deficiencies. The reasons for the external legal system and insurance system design is imperfect, unreasonable, there is protectionism in local government, lack of ethics within the professional field of enterprises, the wrong business philosophy, lack of recognition of migrant workers, the role of trade unions is very small, entrepreneurial society Lack of responsibility and migrant workers themselves. The solution is to speed up the economic development, the legal system and the responsibility system, and at the same time increase the government’s regulation and control and strengthen media supervision so as to enhance the overall quality of migrant workers and the moral self-discipline of the enterprise management.
