This article describes the application of 5% hypertonic sodium chloride eye drops (20% hypertonic sodium chloride liquid preparation dilution) treatment of filiform keratitis, 4 times a day, each drop. A total of 11 cases (19 eyes) were treated; 5 males and 6 females; the age ranged from 28 to 80 years (mean, 56 years).
