抗战时期,在毛泽东同志的提议下,经党中央批准,中国共产党在延安创办了一所“中国女子大学”(以下简称“女大”),这是党内第一所女子高等学府。从1939年7月正式开学,至1941年8月并入延安大学,她在历史上独立存在的时间较短,却成为抗战时期延安女子高等教育的典范。在两年多的办学时间里,女大共培养了一千多名优秀的妇女干部,在抗战建国、妇女解放以及女子教育方面都具有重要的历史地位。本文详细介绍了妇女干部在女大求学期间的学习、工作和生活经历,为教育历史研究保存了珍贵的史料,同时也为当代的干部培养提供有益借鉴。
During the war of resistance against Japan, at the suggestion of Comrade Mao Zedong and with the approval of the party Central Committee, the Chinese Communist Party founded a “Chinese Women’s University” in Yan’an during the war of resistance against Japan. This is the first woman in the party School. From July 1939 officially opened to August 1941 into Yan’an University, she exists in the history of a relatively short period of time, but became a model for women’s higher education in Yanan during the Anti-Japanese War. In more than two years of running school, the NUS has trained more than a thousand outstanding women cadres and has an important historical position in the war of resistance against Japan, women’s liberation and women’s education. This paper introduces the study, work and life experiences of women cadres during their study in the female university in detail, preserves valuable historical materials for the study of educational history, and also provides useful reference for the training of contemporary cadres.
