以茄尼醇为印迹分子,丙烯酰胺(AM)为功能单体,制备了茄尼醇分子印迹聚合物(MIP)和茄尼醇分子印迹复合膜(MIM).分别研究了它们的吸附和渗透特性,并用于烟叶样品中茄尼醇的分离富集.结果表明,实验制备的MIP的印迹因子可达2.20,其对混合标准溶液中的茄尼醇的吸附率达66.9%,明显高于其它组分,显示出良好的选择性分离富集茄尼醇的性能;所制备的MIM能阻碍印迹分子的渗透,显示出对印迹分子茄尼醇的渗透选择性.
Solanesol molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) and solanesol molecularly imprinted composite membrane (MIM) were prepared with solanesol as imprinted molecule and acrylamide (AM) as functional monomer. Their adsorption and permeation And was used for the separation and concentration of solanesol in tobacco leaves.The results showed that the imprinting factor of MIP was 2.20 and the adsorption rate of solanesol in mixed standard solution was 66.9% Component, showing a good selectivity for the separation and enrichment of solanesol; the prepared MIM can hinder the infiltration of the imprinted molecules and show the permeation selectivity to the solanesol.
