终结“病态”煤化工

自2013年以来,多年沉寂的煤化工项目审批工作悄然启动,截止到目前,众多煤炭及电力央企的大型现代煤化工项目相继拿到了国家发改委的“路条”以及最终核准。众多项目被密集放行的现状,令业内及与煤化工相关的下游企业兴奋不已,这一切的现象都在暗示,新型煤化工行业将在政府的鼓励以及政策的扶持下迎来又一个黄金发展期。但是种种迹象表明,国家的政策并未对煤化工行业松绑,而且政府相关部门制定的政策并未对煤化工行业管制放松,反而相对有所收紧。从2006年国家发改委下发《关于加强煤化工项目建设管理促进产业健康 Since 2013, many years of vetting and approval of coal chemical projects have quietly started. Up to now, many large-scale modern coal chemical projects of central coal enterprises and power central enterprises have been approved by the NDRC’s “Roads” and the final approval. Many projects have been intensive release of the status quo, so that the industry and coal chemical related downstream enterprises are excited, all of these phenomena are suggesting that the new coal chemical industry will be under the government encouragement and policy support usher in another golden period of development . However, there are indications that the national policy has not been loosening the coal chemical industry, and the policies set by the relevant government departments have not relaxed the control of the coal chemical industry. On the contrary, it has tightened relatively.
