目的 观察声音口服液治疗慢性单纯性喉炎的临床疗效。方法根据中医理论“咽喉诸征皆属于火”，选用具有润喉、清嗓、开胃的药物，自制成中药制剂声音口服液。用其治疗慢性单纯性喉炎１１５例，１０ｍｌ／次，３次／日，１０天为一疗程，连用１～３个疗程。结果治愈３２例，占２７．８％；显效５４例，占４７．０％；有效２１例，占１８．３％；无效８例，占７．０％；总有效率达９３．０％。应用过程中未发现任何毒副反应。结论 声音口服液治疗慢性单纯性喉炎疗效明显，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of voice oral liquid in the treatment of chronic laryngitis. Methods According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine “Throat signs are all belong to the fire”, the selection of a throat, clear throat, appetizers drugs, self made homemade oral solution of Chinese medicine. With its treatment of chronic simple laryngitis in 115 cases, 10ml / time, 3 times / day, 10 days for a course of treatment, once every 1 to 3 courses. Results 32 cases were cured, accounting for 27.8%; 54 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 47.0%; 21 cases were effective, accounting for 18.3%; 8 cases were ineffective, accounting for 7.0%; and the total effective rate was 93.0%. No side effects were found during application. Conclusion voice oral treatment of chronic simple laryngitis has obvious curative effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
