目的探讨通过标准化管理,提高医院涉外医疗工作医疗质量。方法积极利用医院标准化的成果,借鉴标准化管理的基本方法,在涉外医疗工作中落实标准化、贯彻标准化和进行业务标准持续改进。结果通过实施标准化管理,摸索和形成了涉外医疗任务业务岗位、流程和行为标准,医院整体医疗质量内涵不断提升。结论标准化管理对于实现医院包括涉外医疗工作在内的医疗质量持续改进的设计与实施具有现实意义。 Objective To explore how to improve the medical quality of medical work in foreign hospitals through standardized management. Methods Positive use of the results of hospital standardization, drawing on the basic methods of standardized management, implementation of standardization in foreign medical work, implement standardization and continuous improvement of business standards.
