目的:探讨口腔颌面部多间隙感染的治疗方法,提高对该病的预防,诊断和治疗水平。方法:收集本院2010年至2013年的67例口腔颌面部多间隙感染的患者,对其病情进行综合分析,并给予综合治疗,分析治疗效果。结果:本组患者67例痊愈。结论:口腔颌面部多间隙感染应在早期积极治疗,明确病因并积极处理原发病灶,一旦发生多间隙感染,则必须根据患者情况使用敏感抗生素,及时切开引流,基础支持等综合治疗。 Objective: To explore the treatment of multiple oral infections in oral and maxillofacial region and to improve the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Methods: From 2010 to 2013 in our hospital 67 cases of oral and maxillofacial multiple space infection in patients with a comprehensive analysis of their condition, and given comprehensive treatment, analysis of treatment. Results: 67 patients in this group recovered. Conclusion: Multiple oral infections in oral and maxillofacial region should be actively treated in the early stage, with clear causes and active treatment of primary lesions. Once multiple interstitial infections occur, sensitive antibiotics must be used according to the patient’s condition, and timely comprehensive drainage and basic support should be performed.
