采用流变混熔复合新方法,制备了硅相增强的锌基复合材料.利用透射电镜(TEM)及能谱研究了该复合材料界面微结构及其特征.发现硅相本身的精细结构中存在大量的缺陷,硅相与基体以及基体晶粒之间的界面处有富锌的η相析出,并就η相形成进行了分析.
A new method of rheological compounding was used to prepare a zinc matrix composite with enhanced silicon phase. The interfacial microstructure and its characteristics of the composites were studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy. It is found that there are many defects in the fine structure of the silicon phase itself. The eutectic η phase is precipitated at the interface between the silicon phase and the substrate and the matrix grains, and the formation of η phase is analyzed.
