The article analyzes the connotation of academic “quality” and “everyone” in the era of knowledge economy, the characteristics and mechanism of academic quality production in the era of knowledge economy, and the environment for the growth of academics. It proposes to establish an evaluation mechanism conducive to the production of academic quality and academic growth.
